    Bought 2 pairs from this company.... the carbons arrived in great time using ups service..... they are perfect, mint and authentic 2nd pair still not arrived at eBay international shipping centre after 14 days So would recommend zone optics use UPS and not USPS.... communication stopped from this company after I started to question the whereabouts of my package.... mixed feelings on this transaction

    We responded to each and every one of buyer's messages. Every single one. Buyer chose the free/slower shipping option but complained incessantly when USPS took 3 days longer than expected (the listing clearly states that delivery times are NOT guaranteed for non-expedited shipments). Buyer insisted that the package was lost (which it wasn't) and even made threats demanding a refund. Now he wants to purchase more items but is blocked from doing so. This is not someone we care to do business with.
