    I thought the product was defective, and when I contacted a7tejada he immediately replied, asking how he could make it right. He was willing to refund me. However, before I returned it, upon further checking, I discovered that it was my error about the features of the binoculars. The product, shipping, and packaging were all fine.

    Very expensive item but bought as gift for a collector. Was advertised as pristine condition but one corner was damaged. When I contacted seller I was told the photos shown it was pristine when sent. However the questionable corner was left out of photos. No remedy was offered
