    That fraud notice above is overblown. This seller refunded my money instantly when I did complain. I have purchased more beads since.. The sellers beads are as described and I find them useful to me.. I plan to buy more. The above negative rant above should be removed - It is an attempt to hurt this seller over a Post Office issue. It is sad people would post such.

    There is fraud in the merchant. The pictures displayed in the link are all genuine beads with good quality. In fact, they are all cheap and shoddy products with uneven colors, different sizes, inconsistent sizes, uneven colors and poor quality. After receiving the goods, I contacted the merchant and sent several emails, but the merchant never replied to me, which made me very angry! No refund, received goods can not be used, let me suffer a huge loss, really bad faith man！

    All our pictures are of the actual beads we sell. We sent this customer a prepaid label at our expense to return them, but they tried to say it cost $150 to return a few bead strands from China to the US, so they were keeping them, in spite of our prepaid postage label to return them. They say we did not reply to their messages, but we sent a prepaid label so they could return them, if they chose to.
