    The motor was not packaged very good, it was not bolted down and just a few small pieces of dunnage, i myself have worked in shipping products for years, the way the motor was packaged it was easier to be damaged.

    The engine was damaged due to the carrier's handling of the item. We wouldn't send anyone a damaged engine. I am sorry that it happened to you, and I was happy to be able to help you to know the steps on what to do with filing the ebay claim to be able to get your refund fast! I have asked for a revision request regarding your feedback, we did everything in our power to make this right as fast as we could for you. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the carrier.
