    The order I placed was for the wrong size. When I contacted the seller, via the eBay website, to request help getting the order corrected, I got an almost immediate email response (within 5 minutes). The seller offered to fix the problem and was very pro-active in offering me a refund if I so desired. Several messages were sent and always answered quickly during this exchange. I can't say enough nice things about this seller. That level of super quick and friendly response was amazing.
