    It arrived when they said it would, however when we opened the box and took it out it had a star shaped crack that had been circled with a magic marker, so we immediately notified the seller and sent a picture of the crack and the seller immediately replied that they would refund our money right away which they did and we're very nice about it so we definitely reordered another one and hopefully this one won't be damaged. Will definitely buy from this seller again!

    Warmies ® CP-TUR-1 Microwavable & Scented Plush Turtle (No Tag) came well packaged. This turtle is as described. It's very soft and weighted and has a wonderful lavender scent. Shipping was very quick and the value free shipping was a bonus. It came without the cardboard Warmies tag, but it still has the satin one that is stitched to the turtle. That works for me.     Now the LED light tube I received did not match the condition of new as the packaging was already opened, the seller made good by refunding me for it. Hopefully, they can double check the goods before sending out the next time. Regardless, the important thing is to recognize the error and take appropriate actions to rectify the issue which I think is very important. I give props to them for doing the right thing.
