Communication was good, they responded to in a timely manner, and their staff always there to address questions. The seller is an authorized reseller to refurbish/ sell.     There was a problem with this unit that could not be fixed. Company first offered a generous substitution, but it didn't meet our needs. They immediately refunded our payment. Communication was very good. We are satisfied with this solution and would do business with them again in the future.
