  Seller was kind enough to refund me some money when I found one of the fringes broken but I wish they would’ve inspected the boots first before shipping because many of the fringes are bent and out of shape. I can only hope they lay flat after awhile. These were replacing an old pair that I had and I was really looking forward to getting these. They came in the right box but didn’t have the proper wrapping/stuffing inside and Ugg would’ve had something around the fringe to keep its shape

  I returned one pair and paid the return shipping. USPS document was the boots were received by them on Dec 29.th I have contracted the seller 3 times now waiting on my refund. I have not received it yet. All I want it refunded for what I returned the seller doesn't respond only with I received the box but haven't opened it.
