  Great seller. hands down one of the easiest transactions I have done. Clear communication, I bought 6 items and the process was super simple. Shipping was immediate and arrived super fast even though it was traveling from Japan to Canada. Everything was packaged up efficiently and safely in a sturdy box.   Firstly the item wasn't as described and after initially agreeing to a Return they decided, after three days of silence, that I should "keep the item", and only when eBay stepped in did they acquiesce to a refund; however, they maintained a passive aggressive belligerence throughout the whole miserable process. They wouldn't email me a Return label and it took weeks to get the money for the postage which PayPal charged me for. You are taking your chances when dealing with this Seller. Avoid.

  This buyer negotiated a cheaper price before purchasing because there were some blemishes on the shoes. After purchasing, he tried to set up a return while the package was still in transit to him because he then saw another pair of shoes in my eBay store that he liked more. Upon receiving the package, the buyer claimed 'item not as described' to force the return, saying the shoes had blemishes on them. In 20+ years of selling on eBay, this is one of the worst buyers I've had to deal with.
