  When the item initially arrived and I tried to swap out my old Range Rover key fob, it would not close properly.   When my tracking info was not showing USPS reciept of item after a few days, I reached out to customer service. They asked to wait two more days then request resending item. Item did end up being scanned in my hometown. Customer service was monitoring and followed up to let me know. Great customer service.

  Seller was fine, transaction went without a hitch. Unfortunately the device will not program. The local third-party programmer and Ford dealer both say the key is "stolen" according to their systems (which is ridiculous; it's new), which placed my vehicle on a stolen-car list, which caused a bit of trouble. $1700 later all is well, but I did end up having to spend $970 on top of that — to get new keys. So, great seller, no fault of theirs, but could not use the key fob.
