  I ordered the 4” aluminum jack plate for my boat and upon receiving it, I realized that I had ordered one too big for my application. Upon contacting customer service to get a refund and ship the part back, customer service refunded the full purchase price and advised me to keep the part and not return it. Their customer service is outstanding. I will check their store first for any items that I wish to order due to their amazing service. Thank you for your assistance.

  They sent the wrong part but issued a full refund and told me to keep the item which I will end up throwing away because it’s the wrong part. I’d rather send it back to them, but they’ll get my repeat business because they did issue a refund.

  I left positive feedback based solely on the seller, but I was not too impressed with the parts I received. The parts arrived on time and were new in the box, exactly as described, However, the parts I received were not usable as is, 1 bushing was MIA, and I had to mix and match with some old parts to get it working somewhat correctly. I assumed it would work because the part # listed was the correct # I needed.

  I ordered a 125cc 4-stroke manual engine. It came damaged. It had oil spilled all over it (I’m assuming during delivery) but I contacted the seller and told them and sent them picture and they offered me a couple thing they could do but I wanted a full refund and after texting and explaining more, they gave me a FULL refund and let me keep the motor. Customer service was great. The quality and appearance was good and the price was good for what the motor does. 10/10.

  This seller is completely dishonest. I purchased a carb for $134.58 its been a week now and they have yet to send the carb. They also changed the price to $264.58 since I purchased it. When asked why it has not shipped they made up some story about quality control and said they cancelled my order but have still not sent me any refund. They are clearly scammers. Do even bother dealing with them they clearly never intended to send me anything. 8 days and still nothing.
