    Received the item in decent time. It arrived packaged fairly well, and visually alright, and after plugging it into the Wii it read gamecube games, but not wii games. Reached out to customer support, and while they responded with some fairly generic troubleshooting tips and offered an RMA, they didn't respond to my follow up questions and closed the conversation. Not very pleased with the quality of service, but I suppose I can use the drive for parts so it's not a full loss.
