I ordered this Hello Kitty Backpack. Labeled "high capacity" and looks like a standard backpack. IT'S NOT. It's the size of a purse and my kid was upset as it was nothing like it was advertised. SO TINY!!! Went to return it. It shipped from the US but the returns go to England! The cost of the item is equal to the return price! That is not a coincidence. Everything about this seller and experience is putting me off of eBay. It's insane to do business like that.
