    The package arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and the instructions were good. Laser setup was fairly simple. The laser comes with Ezcad software, but I like Lightburn better. To me, it's just easier to run. I haven't used it with many kind of material, but results are very good with engraving and marking stainless steel. Seller communicated very well.
