    The package arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and the instructions were good. Laser setup was fairly simple. The laser comes with Ezcad software, but I like Lightburn better. To me, it's just easier to run. I haven't used it with many kind of material, but results are very good with engraving and marking stainless steel. Seller communicated very well. Great product at a good price. What a deal.

    After much research I finally decided to purchase a package as advertised. I contacted the seller several times before purchasing to educate myself about DTF printers. They were quick to reply and confirm what I need. There were a couple of issues with tracking my shipment but seller was quick to correct the problem. Looking forward to using DTF printing.
