  Der bestellte Artikel ist leider nicht angekommen. Der Händler hat umgehend den Verbleib der Ware geklärt, mit dem Ergebnis, daß das Paket auf dem Versandweg verschollen ist. Der Kaufpreis wurde sofort erstattet. Der Händler kann nichts dafür wenn bei einem großen Paketdienst eine Sendung verloren geht. Kurzum: Dies ist ein Händler der sich vorbildlich verhält, auch wenn es einmal schwierig wird! Großes Lob! Deshalb habe ich den Artikel auch noch einmal bei diesem Händler bestellt.

  Focals were original factory sealed as described. Seller/Ebay glitch oversold so I was given the choice to wait a couple weeks or a refund. I chose to wait and they honored the sell with their restock. Their price was better than any other seller. Did not enjoy waiting but they did fulfill my order at an excellent price so I consider them a great seller. They do communicate on the weekdays but will take some time since I'm in the U.S. and they are in Germany. Would purchase from them again!

  These came from Germany. I paid the price for two as I would for one pair in the United States came in factory boxes still sealed everything was in the boxes and shipping was amazingly fast. Absolutely recommend this seller if you buy two pairs of speakers at the same time, they will combine the shipping.
