We are a small homegrown business that prides ourselves in delivering you ethically sourced minerals from around the globe.
What makes our shop different than others ?
We only work with mines and suppliers that pay their miners and manufactures a fair wage including holiday pay, overtime pay, and goal based bonuses.
This also includes providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect against injury or sickness from inhaling toxic dust while cutting and polishing these beautiful minerals.
We would rather pay a little more upfront knowing our miners are treated well over buying from cheaper suppliers that keep the cost down by having poor working conditions and lower wages.
All of our cabochons are lovingly crafted by hand in the United States of America, personally by us at A CRYSTAL SHOP.
