  The plastic inserts in the two boxes that hold the cartridges were shattered. The entire package was very carefully padded/packaged and had a large warning label saying "Fragile". It appears that it fell from a great height during transport. The seller/packer is absolutely not to blame. Otherwise everything was fine, including the fast delivery. Thank you very much!
