    The seller was responsive, accepted the return, and issued a refund due to missing parts. Two issues arose: missing parts and a shipping delay. The delay wasn’t the seller’s fault, as USPS held the package for over two weeks. However, the seller could have inspected the item more thoroughly, as it appeared to have been previously installed and removed. Despite these issues, I still recommend this seller, as he was courteous throughout the process.
