    Arrived on time, exactly as described. I was apprehensive because we we're ordering a used part for an old stove on the advice of our repair guy. He gave us a part number and I took a chance. Turns out the part number was accurate, the part worked perfectly, and our stove is back in service. Appreciate the attention to detail and effort to verify the part was servicable before listing it here. Great to find a place you can trust.

    The seller was incredibly accommodating. The item listed, including the picture are in fact, not of the item that was sent. The print on the knob is reversed in, therefore not useful, the knob doesn’t work appropriately on the stove top. The seller was immediately responsive and thought that they could in fact supply the correct now. Unfortunately, this failed the second time as either they did not understand my explanation or something else happened, but I got the same incorrect again.
