  I specifically ordered an item only to receive another made with different material. When I asked the seller why they sent me a random item, they said they “didn’t have the one I ordered in stock.,” hoping I would just accept whatever they sent rather than extending the courtesy of letting me cancel my transaction (b/c they preferred not to return my money). They also didn’t think there was anything wrong with how they handled this issue. With difficulty I returned it and took my money back.
