Seller quick to respond when alerted to item arriving in damaged condition and refunded total amount including shipping. While disappointed that item was broken, I am pleased that seller made the outcome better, quickly.

    I am sorry I didn't notice the difference in shipping, but I have just issued a refund for the $ 1.15 overpayment. You paid $ 6.36 and the actual shipping was $ 5.91. Thank you for the kind feedback, glad you enjoyed the bunny!
