  Will never purchase from this seller again. This was directly purchased by them from Amazon and shipped to me, with a gift receipt and return instructions to go directly back to Amazon. If I wanted to buy from Amazon, then I would have, especially because the item I bought is currently $8 on Amazon and I was charged $12 by the seller. I believe this is also a violation of eBay's TOCs and it is totally unacceptable that the seller did this.

  Seller offered multiple excuses why she didn't ship what I paid for while selling identical items at a higher price. She asked me to request a cancellation or to substitute a lesser quality item. She sent a low offer which I accepted and no fails to honor the purchase. Amateur eBayer, buyer beware. If my item arrives, I will accept a request to remove the negative rating.
