    Shipping on Fed.Ex. is a risky business at best, I lost an item on Fed.EX. may 20, the seller and ebay said Fed.Ex delivered it to my door but no truck showed up with it, instead it was delivered to another address and signed for by a scrolling line on their book, it was stolen by the driver and I'm out $31 for deorderant. No way to call Fed.Ex or the seller. Ebay is getting really risky and nothing we can do about it!

    I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service I received from this seller. The day after I bought my air filters I ran across a special price locally. I let thus seller know about it and as soon as I got the item they quickly refunded a portion of my purchase price to match the deal I had found. N o argument no hesitation just GREAT service. Also the filters came in absolutely Perfect condition. People please know this is not a paid review or something. I am real customer. Thank you

    This whole sale process has been a train wreak. We only received 4 of 5 items and all were the wrong color and shipped in clear plastic bags with no indication on what was actually in the bags. Contacted the seller and was offered a 30% discount for us to accept when 20% of our order was never received and 100% of order was the wrong color and of no use to us. Since then seller has sent label to return 1 package not 5 after taking the 40 lb packages to UPS. Since then, nothing from Seller.
