    This is the type of seller eBay needs more of. I'd ordered this shirt to wear for a specific event, but it appears to be seemingly lost in the mail. Let the seller know that I understood that the issue was out of their control, but that I'd be returning it if it did show up because the event had passed. The seller just went ahead and refunded me within a few hours. I appreciated the prompt attention and dealing with the issue better than I could have expected. Hope to buy from you again!
