  Purchased a Nintendo Switch as a birthday present, but the item arrived in very bad condition. Looked like a used or clearance item, which it shouldn't. I couldn’t give it as a gift due to its appearance.Once I received the return label, I shipped it back the next day. However, after the item was returned, the seller stopped responding. I had to escalate the issue to eBay, and they eventually issued a forced refund. This seller was not honest and unprofessional throughout the process!

  Absolutely nothing wrong with the item. Brand new factory sealed. Buyer stopped replying once I asked for evidence of so called damage. Do not sell to this buyer. Abuse of eBay returns. Item arrived several days early. Using excuse that it was a gift is the most common excuse used by buyers like this. Please be aware of this buyer and do not waste your hard earned money selling to them.
