The seller didn't have the item in his position. Created a label so I don't cancel changed the status to dispatched and I have been waiting for 10 days for the delivery. I sent him messages and I got no response. It was urgent, he left my family without heat in December. He could have cancelled the action so I can buy from someone else . The item was ok, different from the photos, and well packed.

Although I was invited to send it back for a refund I was in no position to do so. The Item which I received was of far less value and easily available as opposed to the rare item which I was looking for and was listed in the description. All in all I paid at least £150+ more for this. I did try to reach an agreement for a partial refund to mach the value of item that I received but was offered only £6:50 refund for postage.
