    Listing says "ships priority airmail within 24 hours". It took the seller 9 days to manage to get this shipped ups ground and they do not ever reply to any messages you send them. I was happy with the item once it finally arrived but this is pretty pathetic service especially for a $800 item.

    AAAAAAAA++++++++ ON THE CRANK. NOW NOT SURE TO DO ABOUT THE CORE, WAS TOLD THERE WAS A RETURN LABEL IN THE BOX BUT THERE WASN'T. DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO EAT THE COST OF SHIPPING THE CORE BACK AS THE LISTING SAID SHIPPING OF THE CORE WAS INCLUDED.
