    Item arrived dirty, broken, and used. Original purchase on 20 Oct was for a *New* Owala water bottle in the color "Forresty" The seller contacted me to say that the color was out of stock. I told seller that I only wanted that color and then they told me it was on "back order." Gave me an estimate of 3-10 Nov. Bottle arrived on 7 Nov broken and rattling with sticky and smelly residue. On the inner rim of the bottle the metal is split (the rattling) and has sharp metal poking out.

    im very sorry a but this item .I can deftly tell you all my items that I sell are brand new celled in the box I have many items with I sell and I can't have any control a but item that sold brand new in the box to know that its deficit . im sorry again for the inconvenience I did not know this and also my policy not satisfied return for full refund . I hope you will understand and remove me the bad feedback . thanks

    The item was out of stock and owner contacted ,e. Decided to wait. A few weeks passed and still N/A. Contacted seller and he sent me photos of what he had in stock. None were what I wanted, Refunded me in a timely manner. My only issue is please do not list items if you don't have them in stock!
