    Made 3 offers, all were declined. ( $7.49 USD, $8.00 USD, $8.49 USD ). After 3rd offer was made, Seller removed the "Make an Offer" button, making me buy at price. Maybe ebay should take action, as it was not a good business practice. Original price was $9.99 USD. So I had to buy at full price. I did receive the item, and it was packed really well, that was a good deal. Be careful Seller as to your business practices !

    Thank you for your purchase. I found that I had listed this item in error by adding the Accept Offers option. Because I had the item listed at such a low price I was not able to accept a lower offer then the listing price that is why I corrected the listing after realizing it was setup that way in error. Again thank you for your purchase.
