  Seller sent me a (cheaper) wrong item, then changed the picture on the listing to what I got. A Christmas gift, no time left to open a case, a return process and ordering a correct one. Seller didn’t even have the item to offer a quick exchange. Said “I don’t know what to tell ya” before explaining this to them! Now stuck with this as the gift, not what my kid picked out. No effort or care. What does refund matter when I then wouldn’t have a gift to give! What buy 3 just to get one right?
