    Extremely fast shipping. Delivery service called to set an appointment for delivery and delivered to the minute on time. Kudos to their driver as he was more than the best you could expect. Went above and beyond to make sure the trencher was placed on the platform so I could unbox and assemble. Seller made sure the item was packed to almost withstand a hurricane. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the instructions for assembly are very lacking in detail. Mechanical knowledge needed.

    Issue with the shipping. The proper info was not given to the shipping company. My machine sat at a warehouse and was almost returned back. I had to do my own investigation to what's going on and was able to track my item at a wharehouse that was not even associated with the original shipper. I straightened out all the logistics and was able to get it delivered thanks to my quick thinking and savvy. Took almost two weeks to receive. I had to file a no item received thru eBay at first.

The price jumped after I purchased it for $89 free shipping to like $118 tho, supply and demand plus these darn shipping rates are crazy.
