Kudos to their driver as he was more than the best you could expect. Went above and beyond to make sure the trencher was placed on the platform so I could unbox and assemble. Seller made sure the item was packed to almost withstand a hurricane. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the instructions for assembly are very lacking in detail. Mechanical knowledge needed.

My machine sat at a warehouse and was almost returned back. I had to do my own investigation to what's going on and was able to track my item at a wharehouse that was not even associated with the original shipper. I straightened out all the logistics and was able to get it delivered thanks to my quick thinking and savvy. Took almost two weeks to receive. I had to file a no item received thru eBay at first.
