  The item was listed as being in stock by the seller, but apparently the seller never actually had possession of the item. I waited a week with no information on shipping (which I expected, as I ordered right around Christmas and I know that can cause delays) before I contacted to ask about shipping times. I was informed the item was out of stock and I received a refund. Refund was timely but situation was not great. In the meantime, I lost the opportunity to buy from a local seller.

  Sorry, these items are very difficult to get, i did not notice it was out of stock this listing had been going for over a year, no one bought it, i tried during that week to get it, but it was and is still unaviable, i can maybe get a used like new x-men arcade1up. sorry agian.

  Communication with the seller was really good and always quick. There was a mix up as we never realised we should pay duty on the item and thought this was included in the delivery costs. The seller responded quickly to this and took care of the duty allowing us to receive the machine. The machine required assembly which was straight forward as there is a comprehensive manual with it. Our son loves the machine and is having fun with it. Thank you
