  I’m rating it a 3 only because I’m still waiting to see if vendor is going to ship me the correct item I ordered. I received a different item. I reached out to vendor and although he responded he was not clear if he was going to reship correct free of cost due to vendors error in sending the wrong one & also return shipping label to return the wrong one back & also free of cost to me. If vendor responds I will update my rating on experience. Pix show wrong item, not same as desired or on site.

  The starter was as advertised and worked as it should. The shipping was through USPS and was not on time not the fault of the seller. USPS is usually late or gets screwed up from experience.
