  I bought a new mug, and it came with the price tag and original box. In addition to the cushioning material, the product was carefully packed with extra paper and bubble wrap, and the receipt was included. There were several red stickers on the outside of the box that said "FRAGILE," and it was delivered carefully to my frontdoor. I highly recommend this seller!
