    Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone on Ebay! I still don’t have my items that I ordered, have lost personal business and income by not receiving the items that my customer was waiting on. Haven’t received a refund, nor had the shipper tried to send me replacements since apparently, the package has been lost. No matter the problem, even if it’s shipping, it’s the responsibility of the shipper to ensure the customer receives their package and that the product meets standards.

    Sir, believe me I am with you. Like I told you before Ebay didn't let me do anything with your account, they kept telling me to wait since the tracking was still showing that it was on route. They promised me they would cover me if anything happened, I told them i wanted to send you a new item, but they said no! well, there it is, I got negative feedback from you, and they never did anything about it!!! You are in all your right, again please accept my apologies since this scaped from my hands!
