  I didn't receive my package even though tracking stated "delivered to parcel locker" to my residential address, nothing in the mailbox. Seller responded to inquiry with: "Please note that once the item is shipped, it is under the courier's responsibility. Any delays or issues with delivery are beyond our control." I believe it's the sellers responsibility to hunt down the package if issues arise. Initiated the dispute with my CC after no resolution. They concluded their investigation in my favor
