  Bought geo smart meter. Advertised as new. Came and item very clearly not new. Grubby and in damaged box. No film on device etc. Item powered up but didn't work. Contacted Geo they did serial search told me item was registered to another meter and was not ment for resale and should never have been sold. Geo company gave me discount on new meter ( cheaper than seller) I am presently trying to organise return with seller . eBay telling me they must pay postage so I do not have to bare costs .
