  Shipping was a bit too long; I had to ask seller for shipping information after waiting a week with no update. Seller responded right away and had good communication. Package contents seemed to be missing bottom half to mount it however after looking at the pictures I received exactly what was pictured. Not sure why it would not come with mounting hardware. Overall it was cheap and I got what I paid for.
