  Item was not "new," as described. Battery tabs were already pulled out. If new, they would have still been in place. Tips of LED trees were bent over from melting or something, and one didn't light up properly. Packaging to ship could have been better. The seller was nice to work with in that they responded promptly and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated.

  NOT HAPPY!! The item I received was NOT the item pictured that I purchased. I bought the authentic Arlo camera mount with a silver tip that matches my other Arlo camera mounts. What I received had a white tip and the nut did NOT match. Somebody did a switcheroo on me. I was between 2 sellers for this and I should have gone with the other seller (I am now). What stinks is that this seller already has my money. It might only be $5 but it is dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

  Great Seller! One of the sensors I received was used and without a magnet. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent a replacement, which I received in 4 days. Mistakes happen, its how they are resolved that matters. New sensor worked perfectly and was NIB. Highly recommend this seller.
