This is not the case now due to new packaging. Albionshire are an official agent for Ancel as I emailed them and they confirmed it. Another important factor that's not being considered is that all of our tools come with a 12 month UK warranty. We arrange a return and a replacement. Buying from overseas puts you at risk because the agents selling them will eventually run off into the sunset leaving you out of pocket!
