    For the record....I ordered knobs from you last year and never received them. I blew it off as it was only a few dollars. I tried you again this January and the same thing happened. I reached out and you were indiffernt blaming USPS. I waited 6 weeks reaching out to you again but you never answered. Seems you didn t care. It doesn t matter what the dollar amount is. I am a CUSTOMER. Perhaps scam was the wrong word. Nevertheless you rate a zero in customer service and attitude.

    USPS tracking shows the package en route. My apologies for the longer than usual shipping time. However, I have no control over this once the package leaves my possession. If you've had two of my packages go missing, there may be an issue on your end with your local post office or delivery location.
