    C+ = Disappointed to receive a lightly scuffed open box pair of rotor blades for new cost with one tip bent from an impact before packaging but as always, they arrived in two days, thanks. Before you say it, the whole point of feedback is to punish poor attention to detail or dishonest descriptions. Most items are brand spanking new when stated as such and AT are one of the most reliable sellers on eBay from whom I will definitely continue to buy and recommend despite this minor 'oversight'.

    Brand new in the packet and looks like it too, definitely not a dodgy rewrap. Arrma quality, so can't go wrong. Free shipping too so good value! The item was shipped promptly, and would have been to mine within 2 days if it wasn't for royal mail, but that's not Align fault. Always satisfied with Align trex customer service and care.     This brand of shock oil is good in itself, but the bottle was damaged on arrival and most of the oil had leaked out into the packaging. After contacting the seller with images, they immediately made a full refund, so I cannot fault their service. Would purchase from this seller again. Great customer service.
