  Unfortunately, the product was never received, even though the tracking number said it had been delivered to the USPS in my town. I notified the seller, and they stated the item was lost in transit?? But the seller did promptly refund my money. Therefor I am giving the seller a good rating for that.

  This seller is scamming people! This was supposed to be a gift! I contacted this seller multiple times, not only did they send a broken watch but they refused an acceptable refund and stopped responding. The sales invoice included for this watch was from a completely different watch of the same brand! At first glance it looks like it's legit but I checked with Swatch and they said it did not match the watch I "purchased". I don't even know now if the watch I own is fake or not. So disappointed!
