    Initially good communication with seller regarding price. Then when I received the redken blond idol shampoo I was surprised it was not factory sealed!!! I contacted seller and their response was that it is new and she has 20 more with no seals and I can return the item and get a refund. I am working on several projects and don't want to hassle of doing a return Hmmm, Everytime I buy Redken shampoo or conditioner and the description indicated NEW, I have received a factory sealed item.
