    For the most part, I was upset that the add started no dealership needed only to find out it will still need to go to the dealership for key programing. An extra $120 because of this description is 4, shipping time of delivery kept getting pushed out. 4, seller communication 4 I felt the add was a little misleading, only after I received the u it was there a note stating that certain models will need dealership programing 4 stars.

    Excellent seller and great communications. The ECM I ordered was for a 2008 truck. During their process, the part they sourced did not meet their quality standards, so they had to get another part. Throughout the process they kept me informed via text and emails, which gave me the confidence that I was going to receive a quality part. When I did receive it, the main cables connected with no issues. This part solved all of the engine problems and codes my mechanic couldn't figure out.

    Local repair guy identified problem - needed a new engine computer, said to take it to Toyota dealer. Dealer charged $395 to say, "yup. that's the problem & we cannot get the part." VERY depressing. Ordered from ACR & gave them specific info; they asked for more specifics. Part arrived & took our local repair guy less than an hour to install. PERFECT - it truly is customized for our car!

    The unit I received had the same issue I was experiencing with the original unit, so the customer service manager agreed to send me another unit at no charge. The unit was VATS delete, 100% plug & play, but still required a “crank relearn”. For this inconvenience I was refunded the total amount for the VATS delete programming. I really appreciate the time Michael took to speak with me, and the service I received.
