  I expected mediocre quality at this price, but the packaging was a disaster. The coal bags were open, and coal dust was everywhere. Cleaning it up was a nightmare. What truly added insult to injury was the seller's rude and unprofessional response to my complaint. No apology, just a dismissive and unpleasant message. Avoid this seller if you value decent packaging or customer service.
