    item shipped out a bit late but it's understandable due to chinese new year, so i get it. only minor downside was that the shoes came about a day or two later than estimated, not too much of an issue. communication with seller was great though! and the shoes came just as described. overall positive experience.

    Don’t use! Bought 2 pairs of sneakers. Lied and said they were shipped. Lied and said DHL mislabeled the packages. Every step would take 2 days. Kept asking for updates. Admitted price was a mistake and would honor one price. But that ended up being a fake. Extremely poor communication. Lies lies lies! Told me they would give me another shoe but quoted me a price higher than most other sellers. I gave them many chances to fix the problem but they never did. They are horrible!

    We refuse to peer malicious bad reviews, this customer also sells shoes, buy shoes from us to try to resell, unsuccessful to smear us. We are not afraid of bad reviews, but need to make this clear. We also provided a solution and compensation program, but the other party did not accept.
