    Let me just start out by saying how rude whoever the employee is the answers the messages from this company second, let me talk about how I ordered a 30 piece glue set a week ago maybe a little bit less than a week ago. I received the product a day late and there is glue all outside of the package and inside of the package. I contact the seller and the seller tells me that the glue is not spilled inside the package when you can clearly see where the glue has been at inside the package.trash.

    1) Asking to open a return is not rude its solution to buyer whose is not satisfied for any reason. 2)You ordered 30pc & sent you 35pc to have happy buyer. 3)Ordered on nov/29 & you rcvd on dec/3 can't be faster then this.4) all glue bottles are sealed just pinch of glue on outer cover does not mean it spilled if so we said you to RETURN 4 REFUND then you call seller rude so how can help. Last order also you took refund said same thing.We will not encourage keep stuff & money else feel CHEATED.

    These were the exact size and shape nails I was looking for. Have purchased from other places where the photo in the ad showed this shape and size but was delivered something different.
